Jabaru's latest album will captivate you with its distinctive sound.

Indigo, our fourth release was inspired by our Princess baby Indigo and by our journey across Australia.
This album is an inspiring,original musical experience featuring djembes, floor toms, dun duns, darabuka, yidaki, dulcimer, vocals, flutes, keybords, berimbau, soprano sax, guitars and bouzouki.
Indigo is a blend of folk and tribal music and features high energy drums.

We live an unusual life performing to audiences all over the country, mant in remote places. Thank you for all your encouragemnet and blessings. We hope the vibration and message our musical journey will bring you is one of peace, of walking gently on this earth and of living conscientiously.

This album began to be conceived weeks prior to us leaving for our tour around Australia in March 2002 and the nine months to follow.

this album is dedicated to the now
and the future to come
we pray for a new awareness
and awakening of global conciousness
we have constantly been plagued with problems
that have affected all of human kind
government and political means have not solved
these problems
it is the shift in our conciousness
this must happen in our hearts... a new era is dawning

Khanu                       

The second album released by award winning Jabaru, taking you on a truly fresh musical experience, which will uplift, soothe and inspire.

Inspired by the ever changing colours of Australia and our lives, a blend of world music styles from a rainbow of cultures around the globe.

The album features Rodger Bradshaw, on percussion, didgeridoo with Rene Bradshaw on vocals, hammer dulcimar, flutes and djembe. Introducing world renowned Irish musician Allan Kelly on guitar, vocals and bodhran. This album is dedicated to the birth of Rene and Rodgers second son Khanu.

Zyan

In August 2000, Jabaru's debut album won a prestigious Sunnie Award for the Best Album of the Year in the Folk/Ethnic category at the 15th Annual Queensland Recording Association Awards.

A truly unique international journey combining a blend of Native Chants, sounds of Africa together with th magic of the Middle East and engaging Celtic influences. An inspiring world music experience.

Rodgers African and Australian Heritage influences his unique style of simultaneously playing didgeridoo and percussion. Rene an emerging talent whose haunting vocal range and mastery of several instruments will lift her to greater international recognition. They are joined by Nik Potts a unique electric fiddle player whose music has been enjoyed on all sides of the world.
This album is a celebration of the birth of Zyan Rodger and Rene's first son.
